Kirtling and Upend residents were treated to a fascinating talk on 24 February by Edward Crichton of Lacey Scott Auctioneers. In the first part of the evening, we were educated about the antiques industry, current trends, and advice on how to buy sensibly.
Wine and a wide selection of cheeses was enjoyed by all in the interval, and then Edward went around the tables talking about the history and estimated value of the items that the residents had brought.
It was another highly successful event - well done to the Village Hall committee!
